About dabl

Founded in 2000, dabl Clinical Trials is an Irish company with global headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. Our system was developed in close collaboration with leading experts in blood pressure measurement and cardiology. Today, it's trusted as the gold standard for clinical trials worldwide.

Why You Should Work With Our Team

What makes us different is our deep domain expertise combined with purpose-built technology designed specifically for clinical blood pressure endpoints. Every element of our platform and operational model is engineered to reduce variability, eliminate data fragmentation, and protect endpoint integrity.

Our fully validated system automates capture, validation, and traceability with the goal of reducing manual handling, query burdens, and inspection risks. Your team can expect clean, clinically credible, and audit-ready data in real time.

Built entirely in-house, our technology evolves alongside regulatory expectations and decentralised trial demands, ensuring flexibility without sacrificing control.

From pilot studies to global Phase III programmes, we partner with sponsors and CROs to simplify blood pressure operations, strengthen data defensibility, and deliver clean, complete data with confidence.

Operational Blood Pressure Services

We provide complete end-to-end support, including system configuration to your protocol requirements, validated device provision and logistics, live system training and certification, and dedicated dabl oversight from study setup through database lock and submission.

The result: clinically robust, operationally streamlined, and compliant, standardised BP data capture.

Clinical Trial Collaboration

With decades of blood pressure expertise, we partner with CROs and sponsors from early phase studies through to large, multi-national programmes. We bring the same rigour and standardisation to every trial, regardless of scale or geography.

The dabl system is built around your protocol. From device selection and site configuration to data validation and EDC export, every element is designed to reduce BP data queries, accelerate database locks, and ensure consistency across devices, sites, and studies worldwide.
